Shipping Policy

We ship directly from our studio in the beautiful mountain foot of East Tennessee and do our very best to get all orders shipped out within 2-3 days once placed. delish lips is our non-profit side business to support the world missions and we have our full-time job to support our family. For that reason, our shipping can be sometimes affected by our job schedule. We covet your understanding and patience in this regard.

 

Orders shipped via USPS priority normally takes 3-5 business days to arrive to you. We offer a signature required option with $3 up charge. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Damaged / Stolen: If your package arrives damaged, or gets stolen, and if it was shipped with USPS "insured" priority, please contact USPS customer service or your local post office to submit a claim. If it was shipped with a "non-insured" small package, we will handle case by case basis. Please contact us via email or Instagram DM @delish_lips.

Return & Exchange Policy

While it is our sincere hope that our products benefit all of our customers in the amazing way, we also know that everyone's skin reacts differently to the variety of natual ingredients we infuse in our products. Please check the ingredients of the products in our online store BEFORE you make a purchase to make sure that it does not contain any known ingredients that you are allergic to; such as, but not limited to, almond oil if your are allergic to nuts.

 

It is also important to use the right product that fits your skin type. If, for example, your skin is dry and sensitive, our Moonlight elixir, which is designed for acne prone oily skin, can cause a sever irritation. delish lips does not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic response or if a product does not resonate with your skin. All the proceeds from delish lips sales are immediately donated to the world mission, for this reason, giving unconditional refunds would make it very difficult to sustain this non-profit operation and the very affordable pricing which is well below the average market price of comparable small batch organic artisan skin care lines.
